About Us

It's been a while since my Dad, Sal Poidomani, turned off the lights to the sign in the picture and served the last plate of spaghetti and meatballs at our restaurant on 20 N. 6th Street in Allentown, PA.
Since then, Dad has been enjoying his retirement with Mom and I've been traveling all over the US and UK leading advanced Microsoft Products Seminars.
Over the past 21 years, many customers have called us asking us to bottle our famous sauce so they could purchase at retail.
Well, now that day has come!
Sal’s Spaghetti House Pasta Sauce Company was born in January 2010.
It came about with an idea of Sal’s son, George. He thought it would be an interesting business model to get his Delta Delta Tau Fraternity brothers from 35 years ago at Florida Institute of Technology together and go into the sauce business. With the financial backing of his fraternity brothers, Delta Delta Tau Enterprises, LLC was created to do business as Sal’s Spaghetti House Pasta Sauce Company!
There’s much more to this story, but this has all come about as a result of friendship and brotherhood over the years since college graduation.
Whether you were one of our loyal customers in the 70's and 80's, or just someone that's heard about Sal's Spaghetti House in the Morning Call, we’re sure you’ll enjoy our sauce!
Bon appetite!
