About Us

It's been a while since my Dad, Sal Poidomani, turned off the lights to the sign in the picture and served the last plate of spaghetti and meatballs at our restaurant on 20 N. 6th Street in Allentown, PA.
Since then, Dad has been enjoying his retirement with Mom and I've been traveling all over the US and UK leading advanced Microsoft Products Seminars.
On occassion, I've made the Original Sal's Spaghetti House sauce and meatballs at the homes of friends. It was great fun and in every case, they had plenty of sauce and meatballs leftover for more than just a couple meals.
Hence, the idea for Sal's Spaghetti House Home Pasta Party!
I still use the same recipe that we used at the restaurant, and just made the ratio of the ingredients "home kitchen" friendly.
Whether you were one of our loyal customers in the 70's and 80's, or just someone that's heard about Sal's Spaghetti House in the Morning Call, I'd be happy to put together a home pasta party for your enjoyment.
Check out our calendar for openings and email us with your date.
Looking forward to a Sal's Spaghetti House Pasta Party...
at your home!
