No Nonsense Home Party Agreement
It is very important that your Sal’s Spaghetti House Party be an overwhelming success! It is also important that you understand the requirements of the Party and what you are paying for. This No Nonsense Agreement explains, in simple terms, exactly that.
Before we begin, we all need to understand that these recipes are assets of Sal’s Spaghetti House and that these assets are being used to conduct business with you, as well as with others in the future. Please enjoy these recipes whenever you like, but it is important to protect these recipes from showing up in the public domain, on the internet, or shared with anyone in the restaurant or food service business or spaghetti dinner charitable fundraisers, or being published, posted, or shared in any way, shape, or form. The Sal’s Spaghetti House Party business would be severely impacted in a negative fashion should this occur.
With that in mind, we sincerely ask that you help us in this effort by agreeing to use the information we share with you only in the privacy of your own home.
Requirements
1. All the necessary ingredients need to be available before we begin. A list of these ingredients and measures will be provided to you once you accept and sign this document. It is your responsibility to insure that all ingredients are stored properly to provide the best possible freshness. Check expiration dates on any and all packaged ingredients.
2. All necessary cookware and utensils need to be available before we begin. A list of these items will be provided to you once you accept and sign this document. Most homes have what is needed and you should not have to purchase anything special.
What You Are Paying For
1. The fee you pay is for consulting services that will show you how to prepare original Sal’s Spaghetti House recipes for home use. The typical yield for home use will be approximately 4 quarts, and more can be made for future use if you like. Meatball yield will vary depending upon size.
2. A non refundable $25.00 deposit is required at least 2 weeks prior to your party.
Recipes
1. All recipes remain the sole property of Sal’s Spaghetti House. In simple terms, the list of ingredients used and the instruction provided to prepare them is an asset of Sal’s Spaghetti House. You may modify the recipe to your liking, but you are not allowed to use the Sal’s Spaghetti House name with these ingredients, or any modified recipe, for any purpose.
Photos/Videos
1. Please take lots of pictures! We’d like to post them on our website in the future. We do ask that you refrain from any photos or video that documents the ingredients and preparation steps or instructions.
Refer a Friend or Relative
We built our business on “word of mouth” advertising. If you refer someone to us for a party within a week of your party, AND, they book a party with us, we will send you a Sal’s Spaghetti House apron collectible as a thank you. A party is considered “booked” when a deposit is received.
