Just wanted to thank you so much for the great class.
Wished you could have stayed to enjoy meal with the family. All the kids went balistic after dinner. That's the usual though. Everyone loved it and I couldn't believe how much they all ate.
We all had such a great time and really enjoyed it.
I've been trying to get the family to do something like that at least once a month, but it's so hard to schedule with everyone's different schedules.

I was recently visiting some friends, and was 'hijacked' into participating in something I had never heard of...a Home Pasta Party.
My host hadn't told me about this ahead of time, but it turned out to be a blast! (It did help that she knew I'm a little picky about pasta dishes and would enjoy learning something while doing this event.)
I think I make a pretty good pasta dish, but was really appreciative of the professional approach to making a favorite comfort food--from chopping & cutting, mixing and forming, clever techniques that a restaurant uses--it was really informative and fun.
Overall, a great time and great food! I'm not certain when I'll be visiting the area again, but, it would be great fun to have another Pasta Party!

When you share a meal with someone it is good, but when you make a meal with friends it is so much bettter.
By joining together to create a feast, those bonds of friendship become more special.
It is a great experience!
